As for rules, I will most likely follow what you want. I'm not too picky, but when I want to Brawl my way, I want to use items and go to any stage besides Final Destination! As for Final Destination though, please don't focus on just that stage! Be flexible!
1-on-1s can get a bit boring so feel free to join in if you see me hosting the game room!
My main is Mr. Game & Watch. Some of the time I also play as Captain Falcon, Bowser, Toon Link, and Ganondorf. On rare occasions I experiment with the rest of the roster.
In my signature is my friend code.
Also if you find me online the game and I don't respond to your open game room, don't worry! I'm busy doing something and will be right back. Sometimes when I take a break online I stay logged in unresponsive.
What Brawlers are saying about me:
-hcfwesker: 8/10 an awesomelly skilled opponent, and one of my favorite rivals ( peach VS cpt. falcon )
-Toon Link: 9/10 Pretty good opponent, never experienced Mr. G&W, so I give u a 9 for that 
-ivan209: this one is kinda hard since you play with items and I can’t really make skill out with items due to them being luck but I would say a solid 7/10. oh yea I forgot about thoughs [item-less matches].....then it's.........7/10.....no jk around 8/10
-Clario: 5/10 His playstyle is fun, but I do wish he'd take things a little more seriously sometimes.
-SakuraShadow: 9/10 A major threat when using Game & Watch. Honestly.
-justjohn83: (8.5/10) - He plays a good Bowser. His G&W is quite impressive also. Knows how to evily chain from his aerials into the hard to evade D-Smash. Only suggestion I can give is maybe throw some sausages around and then get aggresive with attacks so if they try and dodge one they'll get hit by the other.
-Wolf Roke: Well i give wgs a 7/10.
he played great and beat my secondaries and thirds, real good matches.
-PMC66: WGS-very solid game and watch great use of oil panic and almost evrymove except for the frying pan which always seems to get neglected whenever he steps up to the playing field. Havent seen his other characters but from what ive heard hes got a good bowser too 8

Hold on a minute. You mean there are more stages that just FD and my custom stages D: When did this happen!? This is madness!
OK, seriously now.
I suppose I could brawl you on Bridge of Eldin, and for fun we could brawl on Mushroomy Kingdom with Mushroom, Fire Flower, and Staman turned on.

I don't mind battling on Final Destination, but my complaint about online Brawlers is most of them want to just play on Final Destination, maybe even without items. I get bored easy with this setup. I like battles where they are unpredictable. I play for fun, not for skill.

If you would like to play the prize fighter of the Domain, then I'm ready any time all I ask is you pick one of thies rule sets
competive: no items, 3 stock, nutaral stages only (I'll do my best to win)
for fun: items on, 3 stock (set to what ever you want) (I'll just play around)

ggs thoughs were fun, hope you found compition like you were looking for, and I'll only be adding to my record the matches with out items....which were only 3 of them, so it seems my new record starts out with 2-1

down, do you mean up? well do to it, when you run you hit the c-stick then imedily cancile it with up and grab butten (press up befor you press grab), then you will slide across, it takes some time to figger out the timing to perfecti it though
